Refund Policy

At Flakito Detailing, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all services provided. Each detailing service is performed with the utmost care, precision, and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.

If a client is dissatisfied with the results of their service, a formal request for review must be submitted within 24 hours of completion. Upon inspection, Flakito Detailing will determine whether a complimentary re-service or partial refund is appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued after verification of the concern. Because auto detailing is a labor-based service, full refunds cannot be granted once work has been completed.

Flakito Detailing does not assume responsibility for pre-existing conditions, damage, stains, or odors that cannot be fully corrected. By booking any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
