All services are performed on-site at the customer’s chosen location within our service area.
3. Booking and Appointments

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or equipment issues.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability and Vehicle Condition

Flakito Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before and after service.

We are not liable for items left inside the vehicle; please remove valuables before service.

While we use industry-standard products and techniques, we are not liable for damage caused by existing clear coat failure, weak fabric, or aftermarket modifications.
 
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in every detail. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can address your concern promptly.
8. Weather Policy
Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions. If rescheduling is necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.
